All orders placed with ProSpec UK is in acceptance of our terms
and conditions of business. Details of the conditions now follow:
By placing an order with us, the customer declares his/her right to reproduce the image supplied under copyright law. The customer is absolutely liable for any resulting violation of copyright action taken by any third party.
Estimates (where applicable) are valid for a period of one calendar month from the quoted estimate date.
ProSpec UK offers two services Photoplus & PhotoPlus Xtra, if your choice of service differs from that we think is appropriate. MeadowPics will advise of any discrepancy in cost and await customer instructions. All orders must be accompanied with enough information for ProSpec UK to process the order. Any changes must be agreed in writing. Telephone orders must be confirmed in writing. Details of clients contact number therefore is requested before proceeding with any order.
ProSpec UK will do its best to ensure that orders are completed within the time quoted and will not accept any liability for late delivery of orders. The customer does not have the right to cancel the order due to delays in completion.
Goods are sent at the customerís risk.
ProSpec UK will not accept liability above the cost of the customerís original material, and if this has an inherent value beyond that of the material itself then the customer will have been assumed to have taken appropriate insurance cover for the items despatched.
Exact colour matching is not guaranteed at any time, due to the limitations of photographic and computer materials and processes.
ProSpec UK reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice. Additonal charges may be levied for urgent work outside our normal hours of business.
Hours of Business
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Any claims must be notified within 3 days of receipt of order. Goods damaged during delivery must be kept within their packaging for inspection.
Orders from customers are strictly cash or cheque with order. Cheques must be signed and dated and include a valid bankers card reference number on the reverse of the cheque. Payment for goods must be made in advance, subject to our approval. Electronic payment options not available at this time.
Unless otherwise stated, refunds can not be made once an order has commenced.
